Literally using the Revain Basics instructions has literally failed after several frustrating attempts and bug fixes. Here is my summary of the Kwikset guide adapted for the Revain Basics lock. 1. Add user codes: Make sure the door is unlocked and open, enter 0000, press L/U, one beep, press 1, press L/U, one beep, enter a new user code of 4-10 digits , Press L/U, 2 beeps for success, 3 beeps for failure, try again. Check the code: wake up the screen by pressing any button, enter a new user code, press L/U, the door should unlock. Otherwise, use the Revain basic instructions to perform other functions.
