9/26 Order update. The seller actually contacted me and sent a replacement for free because of the issues I was having. Hope this works! We have 2. One is perfect. Other? Not as much. The orange collar worked great the first 2 times. It then turned off the gradual dimming of the light like other LED collars we've had. Just total blackout. We charged it almost 24 hours, went off, and while it's running, it goes off again. I hit the power button knowing the battery never dies after 7 minutes and turns back on. She runs away and he switches off again. That's the game we're playing with this collar. Some days it works, some days it doesn't. Revine said to contact the seller. The seller said to contact Revain. Don't bother returning a $10 collar 😒
