Review on Sceptre C325B 185RD: Curved Screen with DisplayPort, FreeSync, Blue Light Filter, and Built-In Speakers by Eric Broad

Excellent goods. Review of a great product by an experienced director.

Alright, let's go right now. All the people who give negative feedback about a bad delivery when the delivery has nothing to do with the product itself are useless. People want to know how this curved monitor works, not shipping damage. It happens to all of us from time to time and Revain can fix it. - Important factors to consider when purchasing this or any other HD monitor. The graphics card, graphics card drivers, the computer you built or bought, the operating system and your computer skills. If you have a low-end graphics card and/or computer system, you may not be able to take full advantage of this monitor. Or there may be delays or poor quality. Consider these points, or find someone with proven IT skills (not your cousin who only uses a computer) to confirm that your computer adequately supports the monitor. Otherwise, prepare for disappointment. This curved monitor is considered an entry-level curved monitor because of its price, company branding and specifications. At this price point, you're getting excellent HD curved screens until you're willing or able to afford a much higher-end model. - Using and setting up this monitor. You actually have to read the instructions before or on YouTube to adjust the settings right on the back of the monitor. The HDMI 1 port delivers 165Hz. To get the 185Hz experience, you'll need to use a display adapter cable to reach those speeds. The cable comes with a box and a screwdriver. No HDMI cable is supplied. Scepter makes a similar 27-inch model that has height issues. It doesn't have the same problem. The stand swivels and provides enough height for use. Leave the monitor in the box when setting up the stand for use. Part of the stand needs a little more attention. The top of the stand has a small black cover that slides down a bit and then pops open. You will screw two small screws into the top bracket of the monitor itself. Then put the slide back in place as you will need to screw on the bottom of the stand. - Final thoughts. I had to mess with the settings on the monitor and then the picture wasn't as clear as we would like, but that's because I had to update the graphics card drivers. Which fixed the problem immediately. Remember what I said above about important factors? Also, there was a slightly odd handy visual adjustment for my eyes due to the screen being wrapped. My eyes adjusted very quickly. It's not that important. The monitor does exactly what it promises. I've read some reviews here where some people had a lemon monitor straight out of the box and worked with the seller to replace the monitor/parts. I hope this doesn't happen to you. I didn't have the problem but if I had it. I wouldn't call the seller. I would go to Revan. If you are on a budget and/or just want this product. No, I'm not a bot and no, I wasn't paid to post this review here. I'm just an "average Joe" who wanted to give you all the details because there are so many paid people/bots out there that really make us normal citizens think.
