Great gaming monitor for casual gamers

I switched from a 32" (720p) TV to this 32" curved Zepter 185Hz (1080p) gaming monitor. I'm very, very happy with it. It came out in December 2019, so 1.5 years old, not too old/outdated. Note: I was set up with two screens, my computer TV and a family TV in another part of the room. Before removing your old TV/monitor, make sure the display settings are set to one screen or duplicated to the old settings. The reason for this is that after switching to a new monitor I didn't have a desktop, but

Not bad for the price good for me

I received my 32" Scepter monitor a few days ago and so far I'm loving it. I'm not an expert on these things but I'll give my opinion. It was securely packaged in a factory box (see picture) which was in a was supplied with an even larger Revain box.The Revain box was actually a little big as you could feel the monitor box moving but I was glad nothing was damaged. The stand was easy to attach and the required screws and a screwdriver were supplied *Read the manual first as it says that when…

Excellent goods. Review of a great product by an experienced director.

Alright, let's go right now. All the people who give negative feedback about a bad delivery when the delivery has nothing to do with the product itself are useless. People want to know how this curved monitor works, not shipping damage. It happens to all of us from time to time and Revain can fix it. - Important factors to consider when purchasing this or any other HD monitor. Very important! the best in my rating

I never liked the idea of a curved display; I just thought it was a gimmick not really different from a standard display and I still think this monitor is very good BUT whether it uses gimmicks or not. I didn't like the colors to begin with, but after playing around with the settings I found the perfect combination that I like. Installing the stand was easy and completely secure. There was even a small screwdriver included! Very convenient. The stand "snaps into place" so don't worry about it…

    Works with PS5 120Hz!

Edit: Sony released a new PS5 firmware update and it finally allowed me to access 120Hz on this monitor! I can confirm this monitor works with Ps5 at 120hz! Thanks guys, my initial review of the product was inaccurate as the problem was with Sony and not the product itself! For the price, this monitor offers great performance and the input response time is great too! I did notice 1 or 2 dead pixels after using the monitor for almost half a year but I mean you will hardly notice it and for the…

    Great monitor - terrible speakers

I bought this to double as a cheap Xbox gaming monitor on my desk and on that front when I have a headset it's amazing the higher refresh in PC and Xbox One X gaming is extremely noticeable. This is the hardest monitor I've ever had to adjust - it's dark and dim but has all the settings to make it bright and sharp like a high-end monitor. I also got it because I rarely just want to pump sound from the Xbox - MY previous monitor, an old Asus, had built-in speakers that sounded great. Talking…

    Good and bad

Pros: This monitor has great picture quality, you can never tell it's not 4K. Great size for gaming and watching movies but not too big to fit on a desk. The packaging was safe, no loose parts were scattered in transit. Cons: The biggest issue I had was with the HDMI inputs. At first I thought it was just my HDMI cables, I went through 3 of mine then bought 2 more just to cover my basics. All my cables work on HDMI 1 but I can't get a picture on any other HDMI input, I even took my HDMI cable…

    Superior quality for the price

After reading a number of reviews about the Zepter product, I ordered with some hesitation. The device arrived well packaged and was easy to assemble. It included an HDMI cable, which isn't always expected with monitors. After installing and configuring my graphics card to properly recognize the monitor, I overclocked it to 185Hz and maximum resolution. I was not disappointed. The price was low enough that I was sure I wouldn't have lost too much out of my pocket if it was junk. After 30 days…

Great option if you stick to 1080p

I have had this monitor since September 2020 and use it as my main monitor along with a Samsung CHG90. Originally linked to 3060, now linked to 3080. Looks great playing OW, WZ and more. Stable 185Hz, very bright and easily accessible controls. It is worth noting that the monitor is very thin. In the top part and the top 2/3 of each side it is 10 mm. This can interfere with trying to install something, e.g. B. a webcam or an LED lamp. I also don't know the information about the stand, because I

    This is normal at best.

I bought this monitor in early to mid 2020 for around $275. Brightness is ok, but above 50-60 colors wash out. The picture quality itself is good, but the monitor I got was very smeared and the text was unreadable while moving. I watch a lot of anime and play a lot of games, so it's important to me that things are clear and legible when they're in motion. This monitor has pretty bad ghosting and streaking. The blacks are okay at best, the whites are decent, and the colors are actually pretty…

    Overall a good gaming monitor

I bought one of these monitors about 7-8 months ago and really liked the stylish design and overall quality. The graphics were good, I usually use them in Crusader Kings 3 and Warzone. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because of the kickstand. I have a computer desk where the monitor is raised on a different platform. In general, I've never had a problem with wider bases, but the other day I had an issue where the monitor fell off pretty easily, causing the screen to crack…

    Good monitor for the money!

I received this monitor a few days ago and I have to say that it is really smooth for gaming and its quality is also very good. I've played games on it before, from Modern Warfare to Battlefield 5 and other competitive games I play and I won't lie, it didn't make me any better, but the games are really smooth and fluid. Honestly I like the monitor and if possible I will buy another one later. I also overclocked the refresh rate from 185 to 200 Hz. It didn't seem to freeze when I was able to…

I bought two, but without a power supply.

For some reason I bought two of these monitors and while the instructions clearly state that they come with a power supply, they >NOT< come with one. I had to order the power supply separately, which is quite frustrating as the delivery time for a new power supply is quite long. If I ever use this monitor I will update this review. But even now I'm not sure what to recommend due to the lack of detail.

Decent size, needs a better stand.

Overall I am happy with my screens (bought 2, 1 for my wife and 1 for me). It's not ultra wide, which doesn't really matter to me, sometimes some pixels get static when playing. . It lasts a few seconds and then disappears and I don't have enough time to capture it on video. However, the stand is dark. It just appears on the back of the screen, that's all. You push it, and in the same way, if pushed from behind or if you try to move it at all, it will just fall off the given stand. I would…

Buyer 2 - my new review

I replaced two very expensive Alienware monitors with these two after dropping one while moving. And I'm glad I made it about 50% cheaper and 50 times better. Very happy with them and I will definitely be switching the brand to other products in the near future.

I had a very bad experience

So the monitor wasn't bad, it was a big size and the price was decent enough. I would say it was very bright and hurts the eyes even on low settings. What I really wanted to comment on was that this started appearing after about 5 months of playing something. Now I'm a sane person and I know it was most likely a defect so it doesn't matter. I contacted Scepter customer service and they said to send it back to them. So I did as requested and they got it. We went back and forth as they couldn't…

    Good monitor, suits me

Replaced a 27" that broke with this one. If you're upgrading from a smaller size, its presence is larger than expected. Image quality is pretty good, videos and games look pretty good if you're using a newer, high-end RTX -Card rocks I'd look for something with a better resolution but it's great with my old GTX1660ti The UI leaves a lot to be desired and is of course built -in speakers are rubbish for gaming music or movies.

    Such great value. updated.

I had a very pleasant experience unpacking and setting up this monitor. Everything was explained in detail in words and pictures, assuming I don't know anything, safe guess. I had to mount this monitor further away from me than my previous 22 inch monitor because my motherboard resolution maxed out at 1920 x 1080. I could see individual pixels, none of which were dead.
