The earphone arrived defective, the microphone did not work properly. I've tried getting a refund through Revain support and they kept trying to 'fix' my issue instead of refunding it, even though I know it didn't work properly because I had it on Tried 3 different devices. After that, the left earphone broke after 1 month of use. The 3 year warranty I bought said they should arrive about a week after my headphones but delivery took 4 months past the expected date. When I finally "understood" it said "delivery by email" and I checked every email I have, even the spam folders, and never received an email guarantee. The warranty was 4 months overdue and I never received it. Revain refused to support the 1 month warranty, they sent me a broken headphone which became unusable after a month. I wasn't even impressed with the advertised sound quality, they just sound a little better than the regular cheap AGK headphones that come with Galaxy phones. If you're looking for the best sounding headphones in this price range or cheaper, there are better options with better sound. Quality, quality control and customer care, so save money and buy them.
