Nice colored padded strap. It goes well with the Schutt helmet. Resizing was easy. Our 13 year old son had the only light contact with a gripper during week 3 of preseason practice and the straps just snapped like a hot knife through warm oil. We had a spare chin strap just in case, but we didn't think we'd need it until our first real game. This strap looks pretty massive, but you're probably better off buying a dozen cheaper straps for the same price. This item is best suited for players who want to change the chin strap every 3-4 weeks.
