Great product, great support through Blue Rive
I like how easy it was to use once set up for our organization and that we could customize as necessary with different workflows/toolsets within blue riteM. The user interface is nice too! We've been able to utilize this tool since day 1 of implementation (about 2 months ago) and have seen an immediate impact from using these tools daily. This helps us keep track of all tasks assigned across multiple teams who are working together towards goals which makes things so much easier when there's any issues or questions about getting something done.
Pros
- My favorite part has definitely be incorporating task management into my work flow in order help get more organized, but also make sure everyone knows what needs doing next without having them running around trying figure out where everything should go at first glance especially if they're new here :) It takes some time setting stuff properly initially until you become
