I love that it's easy to use and has great reporting out of the box; also like that you can customize pretty easily for what you need. It does not have as many customization options or integrations than other tools we've used, so if there is something missing from their software product line, then don't go with this tool! The ability to organize all of my clients information into one place makes it very easy for me to keep track of time, expenses & invoicing. I like that they are able to pull up client info with just their phone number. Sometimes it's hard to get someone on the other end if you have an issue or question. I like how easy it was to use once set up for our organization and that we could customize as necessary with different workflows/toolsets within blue riteM. The user interface is nice too! We've been able to utilize this tool since day 1 of implementation (about 2 months ago) and have seen an immediate impact from using these tools daily. This helps us keep track of all tasks assigned across multiple teams who are working together towards goals which makes things so much easier when there's any
