General. a good buy for the office

I bought a card scanner a long time ago. Almost all get mixed reviews. I work from home and have had several bundles of cards that take up space and do nothing else. My work computer is running Windows 7 and Outlook 13. The software is installed and working properly. I scanned 250 cards for the first time and was immediately disappointed when I saw that they were scanned in one colour. An oversight I didn't consider and didn't look for. I just assumed it would scan color. Otherwise it did a good job for the most part and cleaned up my clutter quickly as it scans in batches back-to-back. He has problems with "creative" cards. They need significant improvement. Most cards work fine. Color maps can be completely lost in black and white. It also allows you to retrospectively scan the back of cards for the same contact. As for the translation of maps from other languages, I have not found such an opportunity. Most Japanese maps have English on one side and Japanese on the other, so that's not a problem. It's quick and easy to use. Contacts can be searched by name or company. Contacts can be sorted in the same way. Overall I like it and it solved the problem for me. It interacts with Outlook and adds each card as a contact. It also interacts with ACT! but I haven't activated this function yet and haven't tried it either. I would buy it again but might consider paying extra for the color available in the "Executive" version.
