Review on Akebono ACT536 ProACT Ultra Premium Ceramic by John Mahfood

WILL NOT fit 2006 Acura TL (Canadian Model, Automatic Transmission). I have no idea why Revain says they fit the 2006 Acura TL. I had to take a picture, the "ears" of the pads were about 2-3mm longer on each side of the pad (I compared them side by side with the original pads I replaced) and cut off excess material to match. Luckily I had the equipment for it, otherwise I would have been screwed. Also, the "ears" aren't as wide as the factory pads, allowing the pad to move freely from side to side in the caliper. I don't know if they sent me the wrong part or what but it was a real issue and I want to make sure people are aware of this issue. This is disappointing because I've only heard good things about Akebono pads and they are one of the most expensive pads on the market. Again, I may have been sent the wrong parts but the inner rear pads fit perfectly and came in the same box.
