Super Sharp And Beautiful Paring Knife

From the moment I opened the box I could see the quality of this knife. When I picked it up and held it I could feel the balance, the carefully crafted handle is a nice weight and nestled into my hand comfortably. This knife is made for professionals and easily compares with some of my other knives made by a well-known Japanese company. I actually prefer the handle of this Kitory knife over the other’s straight black handles.I use a paring knife almost every day, it’s just right for paring apples, slicing onions, cubing cheese, and much, much more. I’ve been using the one in my chopping block for years, it is sharp and has served me well, but with this Kitory knife in hand I’ll be breezing through my normal cutting chores. Love it!
