I apologize, but the water has already started to boil. A week later, the left earpiece started playing more quietly, which directly detracts from the listening experience of music. In addition, the noise reduction feature on the left earpiece does not turn on any longer. The situation was exactly the same with the version 3 and version 3i of the headphones. The headphones are still in fine shape; nevertheless, I'm getting sick and tired of playing Huawei's roulette with their products. My preference is for your products over Samsung's, but I'm afraid I'll have to stick with what I've got for now.
