Easy to set up initially. I bought an extra satellite because I already have the kit (replaced the last satellite which only lasted about 4 months but didn't want to start with anything else as the kit worked well together). This time I bought a guarantee because when the satellite worked I really liked it so I took a risk by buying this one. I also originally bought the set from Revain. The bottom line is if you buy this product I suggest purchasing a warranty and considering the real cost or buy something else. However, I'll admit that I haven't claimed the warranty yet, so I can't really say for sure, although I have to admit that this whole network of guaranteed purchases is extremely expensive. I've been a big NetGear user for years so I hope this was the only bad experience.
