Strength of my WiFi increased!

I recently bought Hulu and found it keeps crashing while browsing and throwing error messages about network issues. I spoke to a friend and he recommended I try this. I thought it was an easy install, I plugged it in but couldn't set up the network part. I don't have a smartphone and the internet doesn't work. Whoever writes guides and shows youtube settings should be replaced by office cleaners

The first mistake I made was to follow their instructions, or at least those that were online. Instead, I called tech support. I connected the RBR20 WAN to antenna, LAN to computer, logged into Orbilogin.com, skipped satellite setup and followed the wizard on each screen. You cannot proceed any further, including accessing the Internet, until you have completed each step, including registration. Didn't make it Computers & Accessories

Easy to set up initially. I bought an extra satellite because I already have the kit (replaced the last satellite which only lasted about 4 months but didn't want to start with anything else as the kit worked well together). This time I bought a guarantee because when the satellite worked I really liked it so I took a risk by buying this one. I also originally bought the set from Revain.
