It only took me 5 minutes to figure it out and put it together. Upon unboxing, I was already judging how crappy the metal is. . In general, very cheap metal was used for its manufacture. It leaves a metallic odor on hands and leaves a black film when touched. They claim it's stainless steel. I think it's cheap aluminum. Rubber grommets or washers are needed at all joints to fix and stabilize the entire structure. Sit on the side and bottom of the frame. Everything is booming. Weak, junk and definitely not worth $100. Not sure how toxic metals are (feeders are either galvanized or zinc which is very toxic to birds). It looks good on the outside, but in person it feels and sounds like a tin can. It was wobbly, crooked (the supports were tightened and still able to rotate to breaking point) and my toucan refuses to fly or land on anything it doesn't feel safe to do. So a total disappointment. It can be functional but with minimal expectations. This is a good design, but the reliability of execution, workmanship and hardware leaves a lot to be desired. I do NOT recommend this product.
