Of the three brackets on my 2003 Accord V6, this was the simplest! I see a lot of comments about the mounting ear being "turned off" or tilted at the top of the mount, but that's exactly what it is! When removing, note the position of the top tab of the old bracket and install the new like the old. Mounting the new one to the motor mount first and then to the frame makes installation easier. I recommend this mount, it's been a few weeks and all the vibrations are gone! If anything goes wrong I will definitely come back here.
