Fits big or small heads

That's the question, isn't it? Does it fit my big head? My bighead partner says yes, it fits. It has an adjustable handle on the back, like a helmet. You can get it comfortably tight but not tight. It also fits my head which is a bit small (perhaps in comparison). It seems that otherwise it protects your head.
