Works if you have a non or light puller
One of my dogs pulls like a train. He just bails right ahead and this thing really didn't stop that. I think it is just my dog is a stronger puller. I don't even think he knows he's pulling. I can't really fault the leash too much for that but I will say that when I tried to just keep him close. Like holding the leash near his body, the round rope kind of gave me rope burn.I'll say again that I can't really blame it all on the leash but I will partly because I would think the slip part would prevent him from trying.
