I like that you can upload your own words to use as keywords instead of having them predefined by someone else's opinion or preference about what works best with their business model! It would be nice if there were more options when it came time to uploading my files - perhaps some sorta drag/drop interface? The price is fair but not cheap enough so they have had trouble getting clients who are willing pay this much money (and still want good quality work). They do great research into how each word will perform within different search engines which helps me decide whether certain terms should stay vs go away from our title tags etc.-but sometimes we don't know until afterwords just exactly where things rank because Google has changed its algorithms over many times now since then first rolled out back before Christmas 2016 even though most people think "it was always terrible".
