Although this product can work well in a large, well-ventilated area, it is harmful in a small, enclosed area. Still smells like skunk after a month of use. We confirmed it was the mat by removing and replacing the mat. The smell follows the carpet. I've given it two stars although we may have to ditch it as the look and texture of the rug is fine as long as it's outdoors or in a large room.
