This dress is beautifully tailored. Includes belt and scarf. I ordered a size up and it fits well except for the sleeves. My arms are a bit thick and the sleeves cut into them. The dress itself is a lovely stretchy fabric but the sleeves had piping along the hem to prevent the sleeves from opening for comfort. If you know how to use a sewing machine and this is a problem for you too, an easy fix is to unbutton the sleeve at the seam and peek into a piece of fabric to make room. Had to add 2". Took me less than an hour. And worked like a charm. The whole look is charming. Add crinoline. It really completes the skirt.
