When they came in the mail my first thought was that they would be perfect for clothes drawers! I did not expect this. They go perfectly with our shoes (women's size 9) and I bought them specifically for my husband's work boots which, although only a few months old, have seriously considered throwing them away because of the bad smell. It's good that there were so many things in this pack that I could use them in different places. The reason I thought they would look better in my dress drawers is because they are so skinny and long perfect for slipping into. is the unused space between stacks of shirts or the space between the front or side of a drawer and clothes. Other things I've seen in drawers are pockets that don't go anywhere and just get in the way. The only downside to using it in shoes is the convenience factor. Every time my husband puts his shoes on or off, he has to remember to take them off or change them. Inconvenient for him, expensive for me. I imagine that if you had a shoe rack that had the shoes upside down on the prongs, you could tie a bag of charcoal to the prongs without thinking twice. This is not our situation, so you just need to think to use the product properly. I have never bought a charcoal air freshener and constantly hold it to my nose expecting it to ruin a pleasant smell like fragrant/scented. Air freshener. It's not as advertised. It's taking me a while to get used to the fact that I'm not looking for a "nice" smell, I'm actually hoping there is no smell at all. Until our dirty room, which is closed and musty, hit me in the face with the sour sock smell for the last 3 days. I like it. If it lasts as long as advertised and charges then I'd say it's definitely value for money and a good investment. * I received this product as a trial version at a reduced price.
