The space behind the back of the TV and the wall is approximately 1/2 inch so make sure you know the space available for the cable on the back of the TV is required before ordering. Power cords, coaxial cables, and HDMI cables typically protrude at least an inch. and it would require mounting with standoffs (not included) and negating the benefit of a low profile mount. Unless you can find angled connectors for power, coax and HDMI! Haven't found one yet. UPDATE: Has helped a friend install a Visio TV this week. Cable entry points on this model are side and bottom, requiring no extra space between the TV and the wall. What should you consider before buying a TV?
