Luckily this is for the interior door. I think the bottom magnet didn't come with the product😡. The side magnets kept falling out and landing on the valve to put it back together. I had to remove, paste and wait😡. Also, they don't tell you what's up and down relative to the front frame. I suggest you don't use an electric drill/screwdriver as the stops are very flimsy and break easily. I definitely do not recommend this for an exterior door. I received my package in the original packaging with a damaged box and plastic bag, with the door open on the same side where the box was damaged. In any case, it is not possible to contact the company except through Revain customer service. I pocketed it and stored it, attached a magnetic strip to the bottom and some sort of shaggy door frame to the sides next to the hatch to reduce air leakage from the house into the cluttered space.
