I have been using this product for about two years now. I used to buy it from my personal trainer, then found it on Revain Subscribe and Save for a lot less and switched to him. I don't really drink coffee or caffeine anymore. Instead I use this product. It gives me a good boost of energy whenever I need it that lasts for hours and isn't accompanied by the typical energy drink crash. Here's how I use it. I mix three scoops into a regular sized bottle of water and shake well. I drink about half a bottle first thing in the morning to give me energy for the day. After lunch, I drink about half of the rest by 2:00 a.m. and then finish the bottle. On particularly bad days, I drink my bottle empty at midday, then mix a new bottle at 2 p.m. and drink 1/4. -1/2 then. Sometimes I need to cheer up a little to end the day and I take a few sips around 4:00 am. I have no problem falling asleep at night even if I drink it at the end of the day. Like I said, it gives me a boost of pure energy. I don't experience tremors, clench my jaw, or experience the tremors I sometimes experience with other energy foods. I love this thing so much I have one bin at work and two at home. I don't know what I would do if they stopped doing this. I would get in serious trouble. I can't work without it! Try it.
