I like how easy it was for our team members with no technical knowledge whatsoever, such as myself or my colleagues who are not developers/web designers etc., to set up an account within minutes of signing-up! The support staff at this point were very helpful too when we needed help setting things right after some issues had been identified during testing phase.- It's flexible enough so you can use your own templates but also has prebuilt ones available if necessary;-) We used them mainly because they're free until you reach certain limits which makes sense considering what kind of service provided by these guys:-).
There isn't much more than there should be about using any software tool out here unless perhaps customising specific features would make life easier? But then again maybe those tools have already taken care of everything?!
