1. The idea of this silicone phone holder is good, but the rubber bands of the holder are too tight. The top straps land on my iPhone XR's side buttons and randomly cover the phone screen while I'm using the phone screen. The side straps should be slightly longer above or below the side buttons to prevent the phone from closing by itself due to the location of the elastic. So frustrating! I tried lengthening the straps by slipping the grips through the top and bottom of the rubber strap while it was on my phone. Let's see that .2 works. The phone strap that comes with the kit has a sewing defect. The lace strap is twisted so it does not fit smoothly/properly around the neck.3. I will be returning the broken strap as well as the phone mount if it doesn't stretch a little more.
