We give this product 1 star mainly because of poor instructions. These were things listed in the instructions that would be marked on the parts and there were no such markings so you had to guess how to place the items on the vehicle and hope they weren't facing backwards. The product is in its original packaging. a box from China and then repacked by the seller. Very simple overall view of the instructions, no photos of what the final installation should look like, which is unfortunate as it can be a very dangerous element if not installed correctly. I could return it
