Mediocre, but better than nothing

The middle rail cannot be locked. So if your doors are warped, you can't keep them in check. The middle rail is not smooth on either side. So if the bottom edge of your door is not smooth, it will get caught on the track. But it is unobtrusive and very unobtrusive to install. So it's better than nothing and better than the clunky contractor-supplied rail that seemed designed to fit through the carpet.
