Review on Noctua Cooling Bearing NF A4X10 FLX 5V by Marlo Schlachter

You have a Prusa printer with a NF-A4x10 5v fan that stopped working after 4 months. I tried contacting customer support at customer.support@noctua.at but my emails kept bouncing back. This is a 100% correct email as I even posted a ticket on the website and received an email from customer.support@noctua.at which I tried to reply to and this email was bounced . So I just ordered another one from Revain and installed it. Very frustrating customer service as I get weekly emails from Noctua support asking to listen to my ticket but all my emails come back. I tried to let them know about this issue by contacting them again via the web page with the ticket # link but no response. So I took it a step further and forwarded my email to another Google email address in Yahoo and their email still came back. I believe they route their email through Freshdesk which is causing issues. The product is excellent. Hopefully you don't have to mess with Noctua. The problem with the fan turned out to be dirt in the engine area that was not visible on the first attempt to clean the fan. Removes dirt and works perfectly. Stock up now in case the fan stops again.
