This purchase was for my second RV after owning the first for six years where I also had a Maxx Air vent over the bathroom roof vent. For me, they are an essential element for all motorhomes. They allow roof openings to be kept open to control humidity. The vent in our bathroom is open at least half an inch 24/7. Moisture can escape at any time of the year and your inner panes are protected from fogging etc. This is just good practice! The Max Air is easy to install and offers incredible value for money. My first six years ago cost about $60.
