Accurate range so and so Glass

I chose this as a budget option to more expensive range finders from other established companies just because of the price. This is my first rangefinder so I decided to start with something in the $100 range and see if it works for me overall before spending 2 or 3 times that for something "better". However, I am pleasantly surprised at how well GOGOGO works! I have an archery range behind my house and I've previously measured my yards to about 35 yards. The range finder confirmed these distances to within half a meter and measured to within 100 yards on a 100 yard tape measure that I set out on my road to check. It also works well in low light/dusk - I was able to catch a deer at 75 yards in near total darkness. Other pluses include the rubberized texture on the range finder body, which provides a secure grip and ease of use. when it comes to choosing different settings. It took me about 1 minute to figure out how to use it and the instructions were helpful. The eyepiece can be rotated to focus like many other optical instruments and the 7x magnification makes the rangefinder useful as a low magnification spotting scope too. Finally, the rechargeable battery (via USB) is amazing. I can charge it in my truck on the way to my hunting grounds! There are few downsides but including glass which certainly could have been clearer. It's not terrible, but not on par with more expensive optics. The biggest downside for me is that the readings don't stay sharp when you focus the eyepiece, so you almost can't read the numbers when focusing at close range! It would also help if the readings were subtly backlit, as they're pretty hard to see in low light. Overall I like this range finder and will let you know if it breaks.
