Dressing Big Game: Kitchen and Dining Room

Anyone who owns big game trimmed in the field knows how sharp your blades need to be. Went moose hunting in Oregon last weekend and caught one on day two. The animal fell down a fairly steep slope and we had to bandage it where it fell. I set up our knives with a knife sharpener, but things slowed down about halfway. I pulled out my pencil sharpener and got back to work 60 seconds later. Good product.
