Ideal for mounting a DVR that needs to be moved.
Ideal for DVR mounts that need to be moved between different vehicles, e.g. B. Rental car. I attached some 3M/Scotch Velcro to the flat surface of this suction cup mount as well as to the part of the DVR that faces the windshield. It works great and so far it seems to hold up at different temperatures. My previous suction cup mounts have often failed in this regard (accidentally fell off). If this thing wears out over time I won't hesitate to buy another one.
