eTopLighting PB-65 bulb lights

I have three of these bulbs that light up my garage. One of the eTopLighting bulbs lit up today and the burning plastic drops fell onto my hands, damaging my workbench and dimming system. Be careful as it can burn down your house. The phone number of eTopLighting does not work.
