I love, love, love kitchen appliances, especially ones that don't require electricity. When I saw it I knew I had to have it. What a well thought out and constructed tool! The grater quickly finished off the first coconut I tried, resulting in a fluffy pile of shredded coconut. I disagree with some of the other reviewers who felt the anchor point was weak; I had no problems with that. The handle for tightening the device might be a bit short, but it fits nicely under my deck and I had no problem tightening it. Overall, this is a great tool that will find many uses in my kitchen!
