Bank style 'headers' will NOT fit under the Renix intake manifold, the intake rails are in contact with the #1 and #6 exhausts to the point where they fit that you can. Intake manifold not cleaned properly. without destroying it. However, this exhaust manifold will release a Renix intake with a slight intake gap (see image) and a slight adjustment of the #6 tailpipe (see image). Exhaust pipe adjustment #6 was done until I could fit a piece of cardboard between the inlet and outlet. You need to switch to a 1991+ front/down pipe and block the EGR as there is no EGR provision in the 1991 system. The O2 sensor was long enough to reach the 1991+ front/down pipe without the need for an extension. The donut flange broke but I had a spare and didn't use the gasket that came with it, I used FelPro from the start. I wouldn't hesitate to buy the exact same exhaust manifold again, but I doubt I'll be needing it any time soon. In general, I'm happy with the exhaust manifold, but I can't comment on the gaskets. Minus one star for a broken exhaust donut; if I didn't have another handy I would be SOL
