Review on Efficient Thinset Removal: 4 5 Machine Sharpened Tool for Quick Results by Matt Kim

I own an interior demolition company and use multiple jackhammers every day to remove tile and putty. We demolish 500-3000 square meters per week. Most of my bits last at least 6 months. This piece of what I was hoping would be good quality broke within 3 hours of opening. This is totally unacceptable for any tool or consumable. I wrote to the seller, no reply. I was hoping they would send me a replacement as the broken one clearly had a forging error. I even bought a second beat as soon as I opened the first one because the quality looked good and I knew I would need more. It may have been a bug as it broke after a few hours. I hope this seller will respond and support their product so I can continue to be a buyer. I will update this review in a week to let you know if this is a good company and product to buy.
