They'll take some getting used to if you've never used clip-on clips. However, once you've set it up and run it a few times, you're done. I've been using them for about a week and haven't had any problems with them. I climb some pretty steep hills and they stay in place. Pros: Affordable, Comfortable, Durable, Easy to Install. Cons: I had to take one reflector per pedal to install them. My reflector doesn't fit or doesn't fit in the front hole (below where the screw goes). I don't know if that's intentional or not, but it would be great if they came with a reflector on the front to cover the screws. I really like them and would recommend them to anyone looking for clip on earrings.
