I've had the same Toto sink for 19 years now (since they first came to the US from Japan) and I think it speaks for Toto. The sink still works but the hinge fluid is starting to leak beyond repair. My replacement was the Korean-made Inus R32 (perhaps another company name would be more appropriate for the US market), which took detergent science to a much higher level. After years of use, everyone will know what a trick is and what is actually useful. Dehumidifiers (who has the time), oscillators are silly, but night lights and deodorants (which the R32 sadly doesn't have) are very useful. The nozzle design is a huge improvement over my previous washing machine, and best of all, it's affordable. The venerable Toto cost nearly $700. I just hope the R32 lasts as long. This is an excellent product and the features are very well thought out except (my only gripe) the lack of a backlight for the remote control. With a night light in the bowl, you can find the toilet, but you can't see the buttons. Installation is very simple, but electricity is required to operate, so this can be an issue. Excellent goods.
