Review on πŸ“ Keson RR318N Large Contractor Grade Measuring Wheel 12-1/2" Orange Ft. & In. - Circumference: 3 ft by Brian Tompkins

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best I have ever used

I have used 3 different types of wheels in my real estate career. The first was a small gauge that could be used for concrete but not rough surfaces. The second one I bought was a big wheel like this one and it worked for about 2 years but I had problems the whole time. The reset button on it never seemed to work properly until one day it broke and reset it completely. Finally I bought quality, and even at a decent price. The Keson measuring wheel appears to be of very good quality. #1 It has a contoured grip to keep your wrist from tiring after heavy use. No. 2, it has a fastening extension that cannot slip and seems to be very good. #3, the reset button seems to work really well, doesn't get stuck and is very easy to see and use. #4 it has a great stand that I use all the time. It can even be used in harsh or rocky environments, unlike the other post that said you can't. I am very impressed with this tool since I bought it! I measure residential properties ranging from vacant lots (5300 acres) to small lots of 1/8 acre with tiny houses. I measure square meters and plot area. I measure 5 to 35 objects a month and use it all the time. If anyone knows anything about the bike and its quality, it's me. Now take my word for it. I find Keson to be a quality tool for a variety of purposes.
