I am very satisfied with this children's goal. We couldn't stop the boy from ramming his walker through the double doors to our office. This solved that problem. It's very strong and doesn't wobble or move when our little one stands and pulls on the bars. The door can stay open and not slam behind you, which could result in the child getting hit if they get in the way. I also like its height because I don't have to bend down to open/close it. One thing I didn't take into account was that the tall height of the gate gets in the way of our doorknobs so we can't fully close the gate when our double doors are closed. After many unsuccessful attempts to break into the office, the child has stopped trying, so this is no longer a problem. I also like that it can be installed on stairs as well. My only complaint was that I couldn't get that height and width in the darker bronze, I had to use grey. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a reliable, durable gate.
