Robert Klein was a blacksmith in the USA in the 19th century. The first tools he made were for farmers and ranchers to repair and install barbed wire fences. Although Klein Tools no longer makes tools, they commission some of the best tool makers in the world and Klein sets the specifications. The price is a bit high but the small tools are worth it. I buy a few inexpensive instruments for a specific project, but when I buy small instruments they last a lifetime. And these drills will gnaw through 16p nails all day without blinking. Don't spend that much money on a weekend project, but if you need a tool to pass down to your kids or grandkids, Klein's tools are for you. And no, I am not a seller and have not traded in electrical goods for several years. My brother-in-law is remodeling and expanding his house and Klein is the brand name I bought for him.
