Review on Yokohama Ice Guard IG55 205/60 R16 96T winter by Wiktor Niemiec ᠌

Excellent wheels, drove the long winter season 2022-18, was in different conditions - did not disappoint. With its pros: After installing it for the winter instead of the stock Michelins, which are installed on all KIA Optima GT Line, I did not notice a difference in the noise from under the arches. Rubber is soft, quiet, pleasant to drive. Now I changed my shoes back for the summer - all (ALL!) spikes are in place after the season. Got cons: Not cheap. On the other hand, in this size (235/45/R18) it's cheaper and you won't find it to be normal. In the conditions of the yard, when porridge, ice, mud - in a passenger car you will skid all the way until you leave (leave - the main thing here). You need to understand that rubber will not give miracles - if the car is front-wheel drive and does not drive out of the mud / ice, then the spikes will not save :)
