Dangerous! I would NOT trust these. I bought these to put in my Jeep for easier on and off with a single buckle. It's like regular seat belts with poor quality metal loops to attach and cheap fine flour and plastic to buckle on. The mounting metal is thin and light (like cast metal or aluminum that is painted rather than powder coated) compared to other real straps with 3/16" mounting metal (my son's kart is RCI SFI certified). I would probably trust them for a slow go kart, but not for a kid over 50lbs - DEFINITELY NOT for any regular adult car or truck going over 20mph. Came with mounting screws as described (ironically better quality than straps/loops). If you are looking for a good budget harness, look for a reputable brand that makes certified SFI harnesses (RCI or RJS).
