With the way life is now, we all need to be mindful of our safety. I have seen this type personal alarm advertised on tv and I thought it looked like a great idea. When I had the opportunity to get and review, it was a no brainer. It goes well packaged with 2 different ways to attach to our purse, belt loop or just hold onto with a finger if you are jogging. It has an out of the way and easy to open cover to charge with a short USB cord. I plugged into my laptop while I was doing some reviews and it charged quickly. My husband was in another part of the house and I told I was going to test it. I covered the speaker with my finger and pulled off the end. The strobe light was pointed away from and I could easily see it, and my husband could hear the alarm! No doubt this would knock the socks off a potential attacker! It is an item that is not wanted but might be necessary and if the charge holds like it says, its a no brainer. I just hope I never have to use it!
