The product keeps separating in the tube

This lip protector has long been my favorite product but it keeps separating and pouring out of the tube. It's frustrating when a half-full tube suddenly has nothing to dispense but a thin, watery substance that you can't evenly apply and end up throwing away. I've tried shaking and kneading the tube to mix it back up but to no avail.
