Bought two of these to install the idler pulley and idler pulleys. It worked for a moment, but after checking by spraying water from a spray bottle, the belt really wanted to slip, but it hit it and the belt was out of alignment. on the pulleys and then spraying with water and revving the engine gently up to 2000 rpm would eventually break the belt. If you need to keep the belt from slipping off the tensioner/idler, this is a temporary solution at best. , and generally not ideal for long-term use.
