Both my babies have these awesome toy bottles. Unfortunately, both kids like to chew on their straws, leaving me with "holy" straws. This in turn leads to leaks that are not cool. In any case I was happy to see that replacement parts are easy to find but the price factor is ridiculous to say the least. I contacted thermos support and you know what!? They sell a replacement straw (silicone mouthpiece plus hard plastic part of the straw) for only $1 each plus $3 shipping and handling! I just ordered 4 replacement straws for a total of $7 with shipping! Be smart and contact Thermos customer service
