Sometimes using just 2 hands is a bit more difficult as the drill itself is free to rotate. But as long as you have help, it's easy to use. I use it to pump water out of my jet ski's storage and legroom after washing/rinsing it with salt water. For me specifically, I have to hold the suction hose in the bottom storage compartment and start the drill while someone else holds the exhaust hose out. I'm using it with a Dewalt 20V Max XR rock drill at speed 2 and it's pumping out some GPM, IDK. Never measured but fast enough for me. However, if you are pumping a large amount of water, it will take time.
